Process

The first step is to book a free 15-min consultation to review your needs and what services are available.
After this consultation, if you decide to move forward as a client, we will schedule your intake appointment to review your full history.
Follow-up appointments are scheduled based on the medications you are taking, your symptoms, and your preferences.
Payment for appointments is due at time of service via credit card or Venmo if you are paying cash (not using insurance).

Health Insurances I can accept:

Carelon: in process (will update here when I am officially in network with them)
Medicare: in process (will update here when I am officially in network with them)
Medi-cal: in process (will update here when I am officially in network with them)

No Health Insurance or out of network?

I also see clients who are paying directly (via Venmo or credit card) for their appointments:
Initial intake appt (60 minutes): $185
Follow up appts (20 minutes): $95
I can help find low-cost ways to get you the meds you need wherever you live.
If your insurance company will cover some or all of your care with out-of-network clinicians (like me), I can generate the type of bill they want (called a "Superbill") which would allow you to submit for reimbursement directly from your insurance company.
