After this consultation, if you decide to move forward as a client, we will schedule your intake appointment to review your full history.
Follow-up appointments are scheduled based on the medications you are taking, your symptoms, and your preferences.
Payment for appointments is due at time of service via credit card or Venmo.

Health Insurance
I can only accept direct payments (via credit card or Venmo) at time of service rather than insurance.
I will prescribe medication to your preferred pharmacy and - if you have health insurance - you can use it to pay for the medications.
No insurance for med coverage? I can help find low-cost ways to get you the meds you need wherever you live.
If your insurance company will cover some or all of your care with out-of-network clinicians (like me), I can generate they type of bill they want (called a "superbill") which would allow you to submit for reimbursement directly from your insurance company.
